Ephesians 2:19 "So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and the members of the household of God". 

 

Paul is speaking especially to the Gentiles, but this goes for all of us. Jesus Christ has "broken down the dividing wall of hostility" (Ephesians 2:14) between humanity and God. He has reconciled us to God "in one body through the cross" (Ephesians 2:16).

 

We are no longer estranged from God! We are fellow citizens with His household, and with the saints! We are all invited for Thanksgiving dinner (😊) and to every single Mass, no one is excluded, and God is so happy to see each one of us when we come!

 

Jesus died to reconcile us. The price God paid was steep, but so worth it when we come home to Him.
