Isaiah 45:22-23. This one is short, so here's the whole thing "Turn to me and be saved all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. By myself I have sworn, from my mouth has gone forth in righteousness a word that shall not return: 'To me every knee shall bend, every tongue shall swear.'"

This is all for all of us - none are meant to be excluded, and none shall be, in the end. God has said that every knee shall bend and every tongue shall swear to him, and his word shall not return, it will not be unfulfilled. It might seem like it, but God is not looking for our praise, our supplication before him - he is describing reality. God is reality, his word is reality - if he says it, it is, he is the source of everything. For us, what he has said may not be so, yet, but it shall be, because we are in time, while he is not. God says all shall return to him, and so all shall. But, because we are fallen and in time, we have to live through the process of all getting there, and that is long (all of history) and painful (because suffering is the thing that really wakes us up! God "shouts in our pains" - C. S. Lewis).

God so wants us all to "get there" - he keeps telling us to turn back to him. But so many of us have gone so far astray, it is going to take a lot of trials to get us all to the point where all nations, everyone, every tongue, proclaim him as the one true God because he, in fact, is. It is a very tall order, but he is up to it - he said so!
