Deuteronomy 33:17 "His firstling bull has majesty, and his horns are the horns of a wild ox; with them he shall push the peoples, all of them, to the ends of the earth; such are the tens thousands of Ephraim, and such are the thousands of Manasseh."
This is part of Moses' final blessing on the tribe of Joseph. As he was dying, Moses blessed each tribe in turn. The tribe of Joseph, Moses said, will be given "the choicest gifts of heaven above ... the best gifts of the earth and its fullness" (Deuteronomy 33:13,16). With these blessings comes influence. Joseph's tribe, so abundantly gifted, will "push the peoples, all of them, to the ends of the earth."
The influence that comes with the strength and blessings of this tribe (which I will refer to simply as Joseph) will be such that it will affect all of the people of the world. Joseph will sometimes be intentionally "pushing", such an as in times where his strength is called upon in war or diplomacy. But more often, Joseph will be affecting the world simply by accepting and living in his blessings in accordance with the covenant.
People see and notice those who have been abundantly blessed. When those blessings are being rightly used and enjoyed, the blessed become influencers. They don't need a TikTok channel full of staged "blessings", their blessings and strength are real, and shine through to a disheartened world. Simply by living in God's Will, the abundantly blessed push people to look for something better for themselves. Like Joseph, they are the best kind of influencers.
