Psalm 69:1. "Save me, O God! For the waters have come up to my neck."

This was definitely me a few years ago, as many of my past blog posts reveal. But save me, He did! I do not feel like I am drowning anymore. I feel safe, secure in His love and protection, and wrapped in Mary's mantle. It doesn't mean that things are good, things are definitely not good!! But I, personally, feel safe.

I had a vision during that time of deep despair of the last few years. I was praying the Rosary, when I suddenly saw myself out at sea and flailing - the water was up to my neck - I was drowning. Jesus came and pulled me ashore. He dragged me onto the beach, let me catch my breath, then looked me deeply into the eyes with love, winked at me, and went back out into the ocean to rescue others. I felt so calm, and I knew He was telling me "You're all right for now - you have what you need. Others are drowning and need saving, be still here for a while."

He is working on things, there is no need to fear, even though the water is rising!
