Acts 7:34 "I have surely seen the ill treatment of my people that are in Egypt and heard their groaning, and I have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt."
A few things here: First, God does not miss anything. He always "surely sees" our mistreatment, and all evil. Any delay in our rescue or in justice is only a delay in our eyes, He knows the perfect time to act and will do so when that time comes.
Second, God says He has come down to deliver His people, and He has, He showed himself to Moses and allowed Moses to get to know Him and trust Him well enough to accomplish the task at hand.
And that brings me to my third point, which is that even though God came down to save His people, He used one of us to do it. The story of our salvation is always man working in cooperation with God, even to the point of God becoming man Himself to bring salvation to all.
