Job 12:13 "With God are wisdom and might; he has counsel and understanding." 

 

These things, wisdom, might, counsel, and understanding, aren't just with God, they are from Him. He is all of these things and, as such, He is the source of them. Anything good we have or do is a reflection of its perfect fulfillment in God. Human wisdom is simply us seeing the world as God does. Human might is nothing compared to God's almighty power, while any might we have is permitted or given to us by Him. We cannot understand anything without God's light of truth. There would be no understanding without Him, in fact, there would be nothing to understand without Him.

 

God is everything. Creation comes from Him, so everything in it, including intangible things like wisdom and understanding,  is a reflection of Him (other than sin, which is all ours). When we seek counsel, understanding, wisdom, or even might, the only place to look is to Him, their source.
