The Prayer of Azariah in the Furnace 51-52 (Daniel 3, between 23 and 24). "Bless the Lord, lightnings and clouds, sing praise to him and highly exalt him for ever. Let the earth bless the Lord to make on let it sing praise to him and highly exalt him for ever."

All of creation does bless the Lord. It is His creation and it responds with love and joy to its Creator. We were given dominion over it, and we have messed up mightily in that regard, but God loves all of His creation, us especially, and He will see all of it back to a right relationship with Him eventually. Then, all the earth, including humanity, shall sing praises to Him and highly exalt Him forever.
