Proverbs 24:23-26. Don't be partial to one side when judging. One who tells the wicked they are innocent will be cursed and will be abhorred by nations, but one who rebukes the wicked will have delight and good blessings. "He who gives a right answer kisses the lips."

I have been trying to remove myself from my biases as I struggle to figure out what is going on. It is very difficult, and leaves me very confused. Not because my biases were helpful, no, they were wrong, but because once you step out of them you realize that everyone is either lying (intentionally or not) or believing the lies that their biases want them to believe, and it is impossible to find out the truth.

This does not mean, however, that everyone is wicked. Most people are just parroting the lies they are being told and have been psychologically damaged by the evil all around us into truly believing falsehoods. (This is not something new to our age, it is a consequence of the Fall. However, I really think it has gotten to a breaking point now!)

The people who are believing the lies are not wicked, most of them are victims. But we do have a duty to call out wickedness and wicked people, that is the only way we can have a functioning society. I would say that anyone in power who still believes or pretends to believe in the narrative is wicked. The information is out there to see. If they refuse to see it, they are culpable because it is their duty to seek it out and know it.

This also applies to all of us according to our abilities. I may not be in a position of power, but I have the ability to see truth, or at least to see when I'm being lied to. Therefore, it would be wrong of me not to call out the wickedness all around me. If I go along, I am essentially telling the wicked they are innocent, and I will be cursed and abhorred.
