Sirach 26:1-4. Sirach is proclaiming the benefits of a good wife. Happy is the husband who has one - his days will be doubled. He will complete his years in peace and "Whether rich or poor, his heart is glad, and at all times his face is cheerful."

I feel like the last two days God has been giving me some homework! Yesterday he reminded me to look out for our priests and today he is reminding me to be a better wife. My husband's face is most certainly not always cheerful, so I must have some room to improve as a wife! 🙂
